The AF Corse Ald Team Vitaphone had a great race in Spa. The F430 GT2 driven by Bruni, Vilander, Van de Poele and Longin ruled during the qualifying sessions, gaining the pole position. The other crew too, composed by Kauffman, Waltrip, Cadei and Cioci had a great performance: they gained the fifth position. Drivers could have done better, but just when they had new tyres they run into a red flag. The race was really rich in emotions. Bruni, Vilander, Longin and Van de Poele fought all the race for the victory. Unluckily at dawn, the F430 GT2 driven by Van De Poele at that moment ran into a race accident compelling him to the withdrawal. Great result for the other car. Driver were perfect: fast and reliable, they managed very well the starting moments as well as all the difficult race phases, such as night racing. They rose in ranking early on Sunday morning. Kauffman, Waltrip, adei and Cioci came third in a race that was one of the mast challenging of the last years. And gaining a podium in such a demanding race is always a great satisfaction.
