FIA World Endurance Championship: “6 Hours of the Circuit of the Americas”

The target is clear: to win keeping the current first positions and gaining those missing in the FIA World Endurance Championship. On the eve of the “6 Hours of Circuit of the Americas,” scheduled at Austin (Texas) this weekend, the AF Corse Ferrari 458’s Italia are ready to fight.

In midpoint of the season, this is the situation in the rankings.

GT Cup Drivers – Davide Rigon and James Calado (Ferrari 458 Italia #71) are second with 72 points, just one less than Lietz (Porsche). The world champions Gianmaria Bruni and Toni Vilander (Ferrari 458 Italia #51) have now 62.5 points and are third.


GT Am Trophy Drivers – François Perrodo, Emmanuel Collard and Rui Aguas (Ferrari 458 Italia #83) are second with 81 points.


Ferrari has the first position in the GT Manufactures World Champions (166 points). AF Corse is first in the GTE Pro Team standing (86) and second in the GTE Am (81).


The start of the race will be at 5 p.m. (local time) on Saturday, Semptember 19th.
