Thanks to four Ferrari 458s and powerful drivers at the start of "6 Hours of Rome", AF Corse is the team to beat

AF Corse will line up four cars at Vallelunga “Six Hour of Rome”, this weekend. For the grand finale of the Endurance Champions Cup (Ecc), there are also the two new champions of the Le Mans Series and of the Intercontinental Le Mans Cup: Giancarlo Fisichella and Gianmaria Bruni (in the photo below, the chequered flag of the Chinese race at Zhuahai, last event of the ILMC).

On Ferrari 458 Italia GT2 will race the current rulers of the championship: Piergiuseppe Perazzini and Marco Cioci. Beside them there will also be Gianmaria Bruni. Perazzini and Cioci are first in the standing with 18 points, 4 more than the crew in the second position.

The other AF Corse’s Ferrari 458s Italia at Vallelunga are GT3.

The crews are composed by Giancarlo Fisichella- Vittorio Ghirelli- Lorenzo Casè, Ferdinando Geri-Thomas Biagi-Filippo Francioni, Jack Gerber-Niki Cadei-Matt Griffin.

Each of these crews has real chances to win the Roman endurance race. Despite the great and memorable victories in different 2011 championship – Le Mans Series, Interncontinental Le Mans Cup, Fia GT3, GT Sprint – the Amato Ferrari’s team still wants to win.
