François Perrodo, Emmanuel Collard and Nicklas Nielsen took the second place in the LMGTE Am class at the end of the 6 Hours of Fuji, the second round of the FIA World Endurance Championship (WEC) 2019-2020.
Following the first spot in the inaugural race of the season (the 6 Hours of Silverstone), the trio gained the first position in the LMGTE Am standings adding other important points in Japan. Thomas Flohr, Giancarlo Fisichella and Francesco Castellacci ended sixth (LMGTE Am) in their AF Corse Ferrari 488 GTE no. 54.
The full course yellow affected the result in LMGTE Pro while the AF Corse Ferrari GTEs no. 51 and 71 – driven by Alessandro Pier Guidi-James Calado and Davide Rigon-Miguel Molina – were fighting for the top positions. Then the 488 no.51 were fourth under the chequered flag and the no.71 fifth.
